I'm a designer/wordsmith in Knoxville, TN. My career started in 2001 on the copy desk of The Roanoke Times in Virginia,
where I learned how to dissect sentences and lay out news pages. After three years on the desk, I followed my growing love of design to the paper's features department. In addition to designing daily features sections, I led the newspaper's entertainment tab, Inside Out, through its launch in 2004 and subsequent redesign in 2006. Now in Knoxville, I balance a life of design, words and baking. Ever adapting, ever delicious and grammatically correct.
